1. Introduction
Welcome to Eze Pay! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Our services are only available to individuals who:
Are 18 years of age or older.
Reside in a country within the European Union (EU).
3. Late Payment Fees
If a scheduled payment is not received by the due date, a late payment fee of €25 will be charged. Repeated late payments may result in additional fees and restrictions on future use of our services.
4. Debt Collection Fees
In the event of unpaid balances, we reserve the right to transfer the debt to a third-party debt collection agency. You will be responsible for all reasonable costs and fees associated with the collection process, including but not limited to administrative fees, legal fees, and collection agency charges.
5. Payment Modifications
You may request edits to your payment schedule subject to approval by Eze Pay. Approved modifications may incur an administrative fee of €15
6. Account Closure
You can request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Eze Pay also reserves the right to close your account if:
- You breach these Terms
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Outstanding balances are not resolved within a reasonable period
Upon account closure, all outstanding balances must be settled immediately.
7. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. All disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the EU.
8. Limitation of Service
Eze Pay’s BNPL services are only valid within the European Union. Transactions made outside the EU are not eligible for payment plans or support under these Terms.
9. Updates to Terms
Eze Pay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use of our services after such updates will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
